These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the use of our website and the conditions for purchasing products through our online store.
By accessing and using our website (www.sarspec.com) and making a purchase, the user agrees to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the website to make purchases.

PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

SARSPEC’s portfolio includes a large variety of solutions (instrumentation and software) for application within the research and science, food and agriculture, and industrial and biomedical areas.
All products displayed on the website are subject to stock availability. In case of stock depletion, SARSPEC, LDA will contact the customer to suggest an alternative or proceed with a refund.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Technical specifications should be consulted in the product description.
We reserve the right not to accept your order or cancel it even after automatic confirmation of the order.

PRICES AND PAYMENTS

All prices are displayed in EUROS (€) and do not include VAT at the legal rate in force, unless otherwise indicated.

SARSPEC LDA reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, the applicable prices are those in effect at the time of purchase.

The order will only be processed after payment confirmation.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

The estimated shipping time is preferably indicated on the product page. If this information is not available, please send an email to info@sarspec.com.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, depending on the destination and weight of the order.

SARSPEC, LDA is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third parties (couriers, customs, etc.).

CUSTOMS & FEES

Customs fees and duties are not included in the price of the product or shipping cost.
Orders shipped outside of the European Union may be subject to import duties and fees, which are charged by your country's customs office upon arrival.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and vary depending on the country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated costs before placing an order.

SHIPPING TIME & DELAYS

International orders may experience delays due to customs clearance processes. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control.

If customs require additional information or documents, we advise responding promptly to avoid further delays.

CARRIER OPTIONS & TRACKING

We collaborate with multiple courier services and select the most suitable option based on the optimal balance between cost and delivery time. Shipping costs are shown at checkout, based on your destination.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

If you need to return or exchange an item, the cost of returning it is the customer’s responsibility.

For exchanges, once we receive the returned item, we will send the replacement at no additional shipping cost.

Please note that customs duties paid on the original order are non-refundable. If you receive a replacement item, your customs office may charge duties again upon re-entry.

SHIPPING ELIGIBILITY

For international orders, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and may be affected by fuel surcharges or other external factors.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

The customer may exercise the Right of Withdrawal and return the product within 14 days of receipt, without providing any justification.
To be eligible for a return:
  • The product must be in perfect condition, without signs of use.
  • It must be sent in the original packaging, with all accessories and documentation.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of product defect.
After receiving and verifying the condition of the product, the refund will be processed within 15 days using the same payment method as the purchase.

WARRANTY AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE

All products sold by SARSPEC, LDA come with a 2-year warranty, in accordance with applicable legislation.

In case of defect, the customer should contact SARSPEC, LDA via email at info@sarspec.com for assistance.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from misuse or negligence.
  • Repairs performed by unauthorized third parties.
  • Normal product wear and tear.

SARSPEC, LDA is committed to protecting its customers' personal data, using it only for order processing and related communications.
