Measuring the fluorescence of fluids moving through a flow injection system require the use of special in-line optical flow cells. Sarspec has fluorescence flow cells with 10 mm path length that were designed using a right-angle configuration between excitation and emission to provide an optimal flow of the fluid, maximum efficiency, and minimum bubble entrapment (see the video below).
