The standard cuvette holder was especially designed for accommodating 1-cm path length cuvettes. It delivers highly accurate and reproducible absorbance and fluorescence measurements over the entire UV-Vis-NIR range. This cuvette holder is built with the purpose of giving flexibility to your setup.
Furthermore, the standard cuvette holder provides easily change between absorbance and fluorescence configurations. Just move the position of the collecting lens into a port positioned at 90 degrees.
The SMA connector on both 6 mm collimating lenses simplifies the coupling with optical fibers while the cover prevents the ambient light from affecting the measurements and reduces stray light.
Moreover, to improve productivity, the standard cuvette holder includes a rack that holds up to four 1 cm path length cuvettes. For more demanding setups, when two light sources are available, the standard cuvette holder allows for absorbance and fluorescence measurements to be performed simultaneously.
