Optimal fluorescence measurements

The Fluorescence Flex Pack CUV is a flexible bundle with all the necessary optical components to perform fluorescence measurements of solutions using a standard 10 mm path length cuvette holder.

This bundle combines a narrow-band and high-power LED light source, LS-LED, (with the slide interchangeable LEDs from 255 to 1550 nm), or a high-power and pulsed Xenon Flashlamp light source, LS-XeF, (with continuous wavelength excitation spectra from 190 to 2000 nm) with great speed and performance of the FLEX+ a spectrometer that is configured for the Vis-NIR range with a back-thinned CCD detector and a 200 µm slit and is capable of providing the best sensitivity and maximum detection efficiency at 500 nm.

 

Large sample areas at your reach

The multipurpose cuvette holder is set for a right-angle configuration and has a large diameter collimating lenses (12.7 mm) to achieve a large sample area of excitation and collection. It also includes enhancing mirrors to minimize the loss of excitation and emission energy.

The bundle is completed with two 1000 µm core diameter optical fibers (each with 30 cm length) and the LightScan software. The Fluorescence FLEX Pack CUV with Xenon Flashlamp light source comes also included with the new SPEC HUB for triggering and pulse synchronization.
